We don't have a showroom, but we do offer our always growing rental collection on our website shown in our 'Rental Collection' and you can also view our Event Gallery to it all in action in beautiful event settings. You can also email/call us if you need further assistance.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not available for general inquiries and/or appointments on the weekends as we are tending to our current events. We will do our best to address all inquiries when we resume business office hours (with the exception of holidays).
Yes, we have a $350 minimum for throne seating and $600 minimum for lounge plus any applicable fees. We do not rent by the hour. Our pricing structure is the same whether our clients choose our rentals for a 1 hour event or a 6 hour event. The rental fee is for the duration of the event only on the event date and delivery date is the day of event. Delivery, placement, removal and Inventory Wear Fee are in addition to regular rental rates. HST is extra.
Our policy has recently changed. We are no longer offering instant quotes via phone/email. We are happy to meet with you to discuss your event details and how Modish can be integrated in the overall design.
LONG WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL RENTAL FEE
We do not subrent. Customers book with us directly and at the time of booking, would be required to disclose all vendors involved in the event. We would be happy to keep the lines of communication open with your decorator to help pull it all together nicely.
**Your decorator and venue must be specified at the time of booking as we work with our carefully selected preferred decorators and venues only! Please note our policy which gives us the right to refuse bookings with certain event professionals/venues. Any changes thereafter may void the contract.
We also have the right to cancel and/or refuse bookings where other rental furniture will be/is present and/or conflicts with our rental policy, or if decorator offers their own furniture that may or may not be present at the event.

Short answer is unfortunately no and that's even if it's under a tent for most of our items. Outdoor furniture has specific design properties and special materials that allow for moisture (sweat/rain/dew etc), UV protection, proper foam specs for outdoor use, deterrents for little unwelcome critters and insects etc. We pride ourselves on keeping our furniture in top condition for every customer - every time as our superb reputation depends on it.
Keeping our furniture in such pristine condition requires proper care and avoiding elements that can cause damage and/or permanent stains. For this reason, we offer outdoor furniture that can be enjoyed just about anywhere in a sleek modern style.
The creative freedom is all yours, but let us know what you're thinking and we'll jump in to help with the creative process. It's important that the lounge fits in the room leaving ample space. A custom design fee may apply.
Great question! We rent furniture for all sorts of SMALL-MEDIUM events such as weddings, private parties, corporate parties and the list goes on and on (there's always a reason to celebrate!). Yes...we even do outdoor wedding lounge seating for non-smoking areas and offer gorgeous outdoor furniture designed perfect for under the stars! (All renters must be 18 years or older.)
We do not rent out to public festivals/events.
Private home events may be subject to a $500 temporary security deposit in addition to rental fee/rates.
We serve the Windsor-Essex are including Leamington and Kingsville.
** We do not deliver to all venues in Windsor-Essex or all wineries. Some venues/wineries will only be accepted on a case by case basis while others may not be an approved venue location. The venue location must be specified at time of booking.
If changing to an unapproved venue after booking, it may result in termination of the contract.
There will be a minimum 20% surcharge for all CAESARS WINDSOR bookings or events located inside the Caesars Windsor venue.
Typically rentals are for one evening only, but arrangements can be made if a multi-day use is needed as an added daily fee percentage will apply. Rentals are delivered only on the day of the event only, and exact predicted timing of arrival cannot be guaranteed. If renter requests delivery prior to the event date, an additional fee per day will apply if earlier delivery is possible.
Venues with stair only access (or non functioning elevators) will incur an addition labour fee and subject to our rental agreement should the booking be accepted.
We do not deliver to the USA.
